From Newport News go 64 East to Military Hwy Exit (Exit 281 B), go 1.2 miles, at 4th traffic light turn right onto Lowery Road, Spineworks is the White Building on the left.

From Downtown Norfolk take 264 East to Military Highway North (Exit 13 B), go .9 mile, at 5th traffic light turn left onto Lowery Road, Spineworks is the White Building on the left.

From Elizabeth City, North Carolina takeVA-104 N/DOMINION BLVD S., this becomes MARTIN LUTHER KING JR MEMORIAL HWY/I-464 N., Merge onto US-13 N (Military Highway North) via exit number 2, light turn left onto Lowery Road, Spineworks is the White Building on the left.

From Portsmouth take 264 East to the downtown tunnel, get off at the Military Hwy Exit North (Exit 13 B), go .9 mile, at 5th traffic light turn left onto Lowery Road, Spineworks is the White Building on the left.

From Suffolk take 58 to 664 to 264 East through Downtown Tunnel, get off at the Military Hwy Exit North (Exit 13 B), go .9 mile, at 5th traffic light turn left onto Lowery Road, Spineworks is the White Building on the left.
